In-Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds on food or drink items once purchased.
If an item is faulty or not as described, please speak to a staff member and we will resolve the issue.

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift card purchases are non-refundable once the gift card code has been issued, except where required by law.

Physical Gift Cards

Physical gift cards purchased in-store are non-refundable.

Events and Special Orders

Refunds for events, catering, or special orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
